After many years of informal exchange and support to the Association of Cities and Regions for Recycling and Sustainable Development (ACR+) in Brussels, WASTE has been contracted by this trade association of progressive recycling-oriented European cities to adapt training materials and conduct training events for participants in the EU-financed Horizon 2020 programme.
Horizon 2020 supports the development of integrated sustainable waste management in the MENA region, Turkey, and Cyprus. The project started in 2010 and will continue for two years.
