We are excited to announce that we have expanded our ‘how to’ series of plastic waste management video tutorials with three brand new topics covered. Videos designed to help improve plastic waste management and empower stakeholders across the entire waste value and service chain.
This time our FINILOOP team has zoomed in on plastic processing and supporting plastic waste enterprises to work more efficiently and safely, giving special attention to the usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) as we noticed that this is an important issue to address. Check out the new topics below:
These videos are the second instalment in our ‘how to’ plastic waste management series of video tutorials. All the tutorials are available now and can be accessed using the link above. We also invite you to share these within your networks so together we can ensure more plastic is kept in the loop. Already they are being put to good use by our FINILOOP team in India.
FINILOOP is a city-level plastic waste management programme which connects and strengthens actors along the entire waste value and service chain to ensure cleaner environments for all and a more inclusive and transparent circular plastic economy. This is made possible by working together with local partners to help strengthen and scale local enterprises and start-ups, create safer and more dignified job opportunities for informal waste workers, empower communities and attract additional funds into the waste value chain.
To expand on these tutorials we will soon be sharing a dedicated plastic waste management manual for informal waste workers, follow us on LinkedIn to be the first to hear about it and stay up to date!
